Renay L. Butler, PMP is native Washingtonian and graduate of Morgan State University, Baltimore, MD where she received a B.S in Information Science and Systems and a graduate of National Defense University with a M.S in Government Information Leadership with a concentration in Chief Information Officer Leadership. She is a speaker, business coach, certified Project Manager, certified Chief Information Officer, and an award-winning business owner.
Renay L. Butler was named one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women by The Daily Record in 2018. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., The Project Management Institute, The NAACP, and charter member of the Prince George’s County Women’s Bureau. She is also the founder and CEO of Goal Grinders Foundation, a non-profit organization that teaches middle to high school children entrepreneurial, leadership, and STEAM skills. She spent the majority of her career leading teams and managing multi-million-dollar high profile projects as a contractor with the Federal Government.
Ms. Butler is also the CEO of The Lifeover Coach, Inc. She and her team provide comprehensive business consulting products and solutions that help individuals and other business entities start, manage, and grow their business. She specializes in start-ups, small business, niche’ identification, customer expansion, target marketing, and social media management. Most recently she has teamed up with another consultant to develop training programs that focus on the creation of corporate culture.
Ms. Butler co-authored and published her first book with comedian and actress, Kim Coles, titled Open Your G.I.F.T.S: 42 Lessons on Finding and Embracing Your Blessings in Disguise. Ms. Butler is also the host of the highly acclaimed life and business coaching series “Live with Renay” where she teaches life and business skills as well as monetization tips, tricks, and tools.
